Although I wasn't present during the installation, the carpet looks and feels professionally done. I initially needed a carpet due to noise complaints from my neighbor and was hesitant about adding one. After discussing it with my neighbor, I decided to proceed. The carpet they installed looks and feels amazing! I just wanted a quick solution to reduce noise, so I gave them the measurements and left the rest to them.
