At Lance's Professional Installations & Inspections we are able to help you with all your carpet needs. We are the #1 Certified Master Installer in the State of Illinois. We are consumer focused and strive for customer satisfaction. We take great pride in our work and we are able to handle all size jobs with professionalism and quality work at a fair price. We do repairs and inspections for many carpet mills and stores in the area. We specialize in difficult installations and installations with custom upholstery work. So get it done right the first time. All Installations are guaranteed for one year. Since we are a full service work room we can also provide carpet binding and an area rug service for all your carpet needs.

He is truly a professional when it comes to repairs. I had a horrible burned out area in front of my fireplace. I never dreamed it could be repaired but thought Iâ d give it a go before replacing the carpeting in the whole room. I watched as he worked and was amazed that he could patch the burned area so perfectly. You canâ t even tell. Itâ s been patched.

Lance did a fantastic job on a section of carpet that had delaminated due to pet damage, and had to be replaced. He has many years of experience, and it is evident in the work that he performs. We discussed approaches to the problem, repair versus replace, and I felt that he had my best interest in mind at all times. The repair looks great, and he took the time to answer my other questions about carpet maintenance. Would unquestionably hire him again. Great guy!!
