It didn't take long for us to decide we wanted his business for our steam cleaning project. Hire Al right now, seriously. He is a wonderful very professional guy. My husband and I have hired him TWICE. He will always be my go-to for any carpet or furniture I need cleaned. The first time we hired Al was right after we bought our home. We had him clean all of our capets (and there is a ton of carpet in this house). I love that he includes the inside of closets at no extra charge - unlike many other companies. Our home went from smelling like the former owners to smelling fresh and clean. *chef's kiss* The second time we hired Al we had him clean a HUGE sectional couch that we had gotten second hand as well as a rocking chair that was my grandmother's. The chair is over 30 years old and after Al cleaned the chair it looks new! The cleaning of the huge couch was wonderful as well and it no longer smells like the previous owners. Perfect. I have already recommended Al's services to many other people, including my mother-in-law. A huge shoutout to Al, thank you again!

The professional was very accommodating however I do not feel that the cleaning was very thorough. There was no steam cleaning and do not know that the phone cleaning was sufficient.

Al is always a friendly face. He is flexible with my schedule (I work with two kids), loves our dog, and is always on time. I’ve used him 3-4 times now on our rugs and couches. He does cleaning and sanitizing and I can ask him to call me in 6 months or a year to schedule another cleaning and he always does. If I ask him to work on a specific area to clean that my kids destroy and he will always do his best. He also has great deals during the typical slow months and he lets me know of those too. He is polite and flexible and I’ll be using him in the future. Thanks Al!

I hired this company to clean the rugs and furniture in my Mother-in-laws apartment. She is 93 years young, with allergies and asthma. I was there when cleaning was performed. Very impressed with quality of cleaning and customer service. The time frame that I needed the work completed was very tight. Company kept me updated on arrival time and actually was able to make it 15 minutes earlier than scheduled time. My mother in law was able to go back into her apartment as soon as they left. Al has cleaned our carpets for many years and we have had a wonderful experience every time. Al is incredibly thorough and could not be nicer. I thought our recent carpet cleaning request might be the first time he would not be able to get a stain out, but I was happily wrong. The carpet looks brand new again, and for a remarkable price for this service. I am so grateful. I understand that not every stain can be completely removed, but Al's product and work ethic is miraculous in my experience.
