"The carpeting is beautiful and well made. The customer service was better than we had experienced with other retailers which is one of the reasons we chose Mr. Carpet. Other reasons included the price and the many options available. The Sales Associates have vast knowledge of the industry which is why our house is more beautiful than ever thanks to Mr. Carpet."

"John Adams and his associate did a great job. Picked my rugs up, cleaned them beautifully and relaid them in 7 days. Professional, on time - will recommend them to all my relatives and friends. Thanks Adams Carpet Care"

"Stretched our carpeting in both the front room and dining room (large rooms). The carpet was damp in the dining room so they brought over a big fan to dry it out. They also had to apply latex to part of the backing to assure it would be strong enough to stretch in one section. The individual they sent was extremely knowledgeable and did everything to save the carpeting for the time being. He did a wonderful job.

"Joe with Carpets in the Park was fantastically. His prices are fair and the quality of both the product and the work that was done was awesome! Highly recommend!"

"They are a professional honest and very hard working. They cleans my stair runners that were ruined from a a previous carpet cleaner. They weee burnt. W yellow green color. But Ryan was able to fix and now they have the soft gray color they were before. I had 2 different companies try to fix stair runners, but just made it worse. They cleaned and scotch guard my t1st floor tile floors. I forgot how pretty they are and the grout is beautiful. Same with my master bath marble. The rugs look brand new and they are just a tad wet. . I will never use anyone else again. Also the price for the work they do is amazing."

"Great people to work with. Punctual, informative, did I mention carpet looks brand new?!"

"The carpet was cleaned very handily by the professional team. The team prepared the carpet in no time to allow access to the area that was to be cleaned. I will definitely be calling on the team in the future as they did excellent work on our upstairs carpet. areas."

"They team was very professional and on time. They did a wonderful job cleaning my bedroom carpet and hallway and steps."

"Professional, courteous, came on time. the pet odor was taken care of in the back bedroom. Stains removed, carpet looked clean and fresh. I had Tom redo the bottom three stairs to the den. This carpet is a Berber and did not clean as well as the other stairwell. The Berber Carpet is a much tighter weave. The entire carpet took longer to dry than the stated 2 to 4 hours. Would recommend this company for carpet and furniture cleaning, Review by Barb M. in Bolingbrook, IL"

"Highly recommend this company for all carpet cleaning needs."
