"Paul was extremely professional and he even went beyond what was originally asked of him.  
- Paul and two of his co-workers removed all of the drywall, plus the wall and floor tiles, tub, and toilet, and hauled away all of the debris.
- Some of the plumbing had to be redone as Paul found some rusting pipes in the wall.  He told the building engineer about this issue since the pipe actually belonged to the neighbor across from me and he was given permission to fix this pipe.  He was compensated from the condo association for this additional work.
- The first thing to be installed was a custom one-piece show base purchased from Corna Kitchen Bath & Tile.
- They installed new drywall, wall tile was installed and grouted, and then new floor tile was installed.
- They installed a hand held shower faucet, a rein shower, recessed lighting in the ceiling, and a sliding glass shower door.
- The entire bathroom was primed and painted.
- A new toilet was installed, plus a new vanity, vanity sink, faucet, mirror, and lighting.
I have to say that this work was exceptional and I would not hesitate to recommend Paul to anyone who needs their bathroom remodeled.  Even the engineer in the building commented to me about how neat Paul was after everything was torn down.  Plus after the job was completed, he took pictures of the work and about a week later, he called me asking for Paul's phone number so he could recommend him for another job in the building.
We did spend quite a bit on the materials (approx. $8,000) as we bought everything from Studio 41 and Corna Kitchen Bath & Tile. But I have to say that everything we bought was worth it and the bathroom now looks amazing!

They are very respectful and extremely efficient. From 7:30am to 5pm, nonstop work. They clean after their work area daily. 5 weeks total. "Michal is amazing! After 16 years in our home we finally got around to making some changes to our kitchen. Of course we decided to take on this venture a couple weeks before our annual St. Paddy's day party. To our delight the hand made tile we selected arrived 6 days before the party and we decided to try to get, what is now the centerpiece of our kitchen design, installed the same week. I'm not handy but I am a small business owner and selecting the right person to get this project done was going to need some luck. I needed to find someone that was available on short notice, could do the work and had a creative eye that could see what we were trying to pull off. I also needed to find someone I could trust to get it done and not end up with a job that wasn't complete when we had people over later that week. Enter Michal: When I went on HomeAdvisor and described the project Michal contacted me right away. The very next day he came onsite at the exact time he said he would arrive and sent me a proposal within an hour. Michal was exactly what we were looking for. He walked into the house on the agreed upon start date, said "hi" and jumped right into work. He took out the old backsplash with such efficiency I thought "man, maybe I could have done this". Our house was built in 1906 and who knew what we were going to find once the old tiles starting coming off. Phase II was a quick reminder I could NEVER do this myself. Large gaps in dry wall due to pipes was clear evidence whoever but up the existing backsplash did a pretty crappy job. Michal's skills are impressive but an added bonus is his calm demeanor. Once the tile came down and we saw what was behind it, Michal knew exactly how to patch the walls and create the perfect foundation that he could create on. The old tile was quickly disposed of, patches of drywall were installed and now the magic started! Michal is extremely fast but has a wonderfully creative eye. He's also a perfectionist. The construction part of the job went great, but you could see installing the tile was what Michal really enjoyed. The next day Michal did the grout and the project was complete. My wife and I were blown away. Our new kitchen design was in front of our face and we couldn't be happier. Best yet, we still had two more days until the party! As for Michal overall: 1. He is very prompt and works fast. 2. His prices are fair and will take the time to talk to you about the overall design you are going for. 3. His skills are excellent and would never shortcut anything. Doing it the right way is in his nature. 4. There is no question we are going to use him again as we start thinking about doing the bathrooms this summer. Highly recommend Michal Tiles and happy to be a reference for him for future projects."

Team is well organized and very responsive to all our questions, modifications or changes during the project. Left the place clean afterwards at end! Price was reasonable as compare to others!
