"We have a beautiful, bright, functional kitchen now. Top bro’s redid our whole house which we now love. With Cesar and his team if you dream it you can have it! They designed a wonderful space. Extra drawers in a massive island and built in trash/recycle. The cabinets, counter, all 3 bathrooms, tile work and wood floors are gorgeous. The top bro’s kept everything as clean & tidy as possible every one who entered our home was honest, respectful, trustworthy and friendly! I felt comfortable leaving my home while the guys were working in the house. Cesar and his crew were very responsive to our questions throughout the whole process. Thanks. Would definitely recommend the top bro’s for any project you need done you won’t be disappointed. Will be using them of all of my projects in the future!"

"The project went very well and Above and Beyond Construction was very easy to work with. We were very pleased with the quality of the work done. We were given good choices and suggestions in terms of windows, railings, flooring, bathroom fixtures and all other materials used. They were very responsive if we had questions and were flexible if we wanted to make changes while construction was going on. Our home is an older brick Spanish revival home and the owner of ABC went out of his way to find architectural materials for the addition that matched the style of our home. The crew was courteous, conscientious, pleasant, professional and very easy to have in our home. They were very neat and cleaned up every day before going home. "We did a remodel of our Kitchen and Master bath. The kitchen was a big project, taking out a wall and removing the back door, enlarging our bay to accommodate sliding doors. New countertops, cabinets and an island were installed. Tile was removed from the kitchen/ foyer and replaced with hardwood floors. They gave us a time frame for 4 months. We added on painting, carpet installation. tiling a hallway and new vanity and toilet in the half bath. They accommodated the extra work and completed it in a timely manner, without interruption for other jobs. We could not be more pleased with the work. Everything turned out beautifully. Terry, Jody and Brian were a pleasure to work with. They were reliable, on time and cleaned up daily. Jody is a perfectionist and if something wasn't done right it would be redone to meet his standards. They were helpful with design and handled every add on. They did not ask for money up front and kept cost updated frequently."

They also installed 6 can lights (12 total) in 2 rooms. They left ABSOLUTELY NO MESS behind, and they reinstalled shelving that they took down. "We have a house it over 100 years old so it mean that we need a lot of work on our house. Our kitchen was outdated and we didn't have a lot of counter space with our sink face the wall. That was poor design and we never like it. So we thought it time to remodel and get what we like but we want to keep our old radiator and not knock down any wall around the kitchen. So when we met with Greg owner of Americraft he show us how we can transform our outdated kitchen to something we love. He gave us an idea to shrink our windows to put our farmhouse sink face our backyard and running counter top over radiator. It was a great idea and now we love how much space, countertop, and cabinets to fit our needs. OVerall, they are professional and very responsible showed up on time and always answers our question or concern. They finished this kitchen on-time which made our life much better. We love this new kitchen and we really enjoy it."

Our project was scoped to include the following: Hvac, electrical, plumbing, construction, carpentry, new windows, new appliances, design, measurements. Everything was completed on time and on budget and every change was carefully discussed before a change order was processed. The team was flexible with allowing us to complete some of the painting and other work ourself post-construction. Payment portal was easily utilized. I hope to utilize the team again soon!"
