"Foy's Final Touch was highly recommended by a friend who had him insulate her entire condo complex. When he came to give an estimate, he also identified issues with my soffit vents and dryer vent. While discussing the project, I informed him that several outlet boxes did not have the required outlet box covers. He said he noticed that the outlet boxes were not covered and said he could make it part of the project. He made a date for the work and showed up on time. He showed me what materials they were going to use and how the work was to be done. He and his crew cleaned out the old insulation and debris, prepared the attic crawlspace with â depth gaugesâ to insure installation of the new insulation to the required depth for the proper "R" value. They opened the soffit vents and added panels for proper ventilation. They also "corrected" a roof dryer vent with a roof vent of the correct design. Mr. Foy took pictures of my dryer vent duct insides showing the lint buildup before and after he corrected it by installing the proper roof vent and duct work. After the work was completed, I noticed my furnace is not running as much or as long as before and my dryer dries better and in less time. He and his crew are all about the work. They have a serious work ethic and take great pride in their work. I highly recommend them."

"After considering 4 other companies to redo the siding on my house and install a new front door, I decided to go with A&D Exteriors for several reasons. First, I saw some other homes they completed in the area and they looked great. Second, they did get good reviews on several websites. Third, the person I worked with (Gene) was genuine and not "salesy" at all. He made recommendations and explained everything thoroughly which made me feel I could trust him. The only concern I had before hiring them was the price. They were actually the lowest price quote I received and that always scares me. But I am so glad I made this decision. I signed the agreement (no money upfront) and the materials were ordered in October with the expectation that work would begin in the spring. Gene communicated updates to me throughout the winter and one day he calls and says we have a 5-7 day window of good weather coming up and asked if I wanted to get started in 2 days... they started the work immediately. I got to know Al (the true talent in the company) and talk about a fantastic guy!! He was always very courteous and asked about every little thing to make sure the work was done to my complete satisfaction. The work was completed in about a week with all siding, windows capped, gable vents, posts and garage capped, and a new entry door installed. As my wife and I inspected the work, we really wanted to find something wrong but we couldn't! His miter joints were picture perfect... I've never seen work that perfect before! As he was cleaning up on the final day, I could really tell he cared deeply about his work because he would make the tiniest little adjustments on things to insure 100% perfection. I can't say enough good things about this company, Gene Rathbone and Al. The mock-up pictures they did beforehand compared to the actual pictures are almost identical... even their designer did a fantastic job!! I will use them for any and all work I need in the future!"

I had a small hodge-podge of work needing to be done that consisted of 4 new windows (existing ones were original to the 1940's house and rotting) and then having all the fascia around the house capped with aluminum (and replacing any rotting boards). I was having trouble finding a company to do the windows and the fascia together even though the one set of old windows were in a dormer with the fascia rotting out (and needing to be replaced with the windows) -- but Ultimate Remodelers took care of it all and for a reasonable price. Also appreciated them following up after the work was done to make sure we were 100% happy."
