"They were very responsive, making an appointment to be onsite only a business day or two after being called. The technician was polite and answered questions before beginning the job. The process only took a few hours and once the grout had fully dried the floor looked almost new. I had never tried having a tile floor professionally cleaned and I am very pleased with the result.
