We wanted to remove the tile, level the entire floor, and have hard wood flooring throughout the room. They started on time, finished on time and when they say they use a 97% dustless sander they mean it. There was hardly any dust anywhere. As for the finished product, incredible. 60yr old original hardwood floors that haven't been treated since day one and they now look like brand new straight from the factory floors. "We have a rental property and the tenants dropped a hot iron on the carpet. It burned through the carpet in the shape of the iron head, so we needed to replace the spot. It seemed easier to do this one piece rather than replacing the carpet for the whole room. The day before the appointment, Exposition called to say that the installer (Jaime) might be late because he had an appointment in Highland Park before ours. He was due at 1, but they said he'd show up between 1-1:30 and would call beforehand. At 1:15pm the day of, I hadn't yet heard from him so I called the company and asked for an update, but they tried to call him and his phone was off. Finally, at 3pm I got a call and he was at the property, so I had to rush over and meet him then. That could have been handled better, but I made it there by 3:15 so it wasn't too bad. We were able to find a piece of carpet underneath a built-in closet in the master bedroom to use as the replacement piece, thanks to a suggestion by Jaime. It took him about 45 minutes to do the work, and it looks pretty good. It's a little bit off since the carpet from the bedroom wasn't as worn as what was already in the room, though. They only charged me the minimum service charge which was $125, since we provided the carpet and they just basically did labor and applied some glue."
