They started on time, finished on time and when they say they use a 97% dustless sander they mean it. There was hardly any dust anywhere. As for the finished product, incredible. 60yr old original hardwood floors that haven't been treated since day one and they now look like brand new straight from the factory floors. "The end job was excellent.  They came every day, stayed all day until the job was finished.  We are very happy with the finished product.  However, they did not return calls promptly and were going to leave the job unfinished.  By unfinished I mean they were going to leave without properly  installing all the shoe  molding.  They were going to leave a putty joint between the floor and baseboard showing.  They also charged us for the additional shoe molding which we believed was included in the original price.
