The crew came and got right to work, worked very hard and did an amazing job cleaning the floors and carpets, dusting and wiping down all surfaces taking great care with all things on the shelves, and were able to remove very stubborn calcification to make the shower and sinks sparkle like new. I just wasn't given much information but when I complained about the service I all of a sudden received very good communication from them. It was possibly just the first rep who I dealt with over the phone. They did come back yesterday to finish anything that wasn't done correctly which I'm satisfied with now.- Carol B.

Steam Green Carpet CleaningI had the carpets cleaned in a house that I was moving in to. 2 men came to the house, and both were very professional. They used the black light to go around all of the carpet to see if there were any urine stains left from previous animals. There was not. I was debating if I wanted the lower level carpets cleaned too, and they told me that they were in really good condition, and not even a lot of dust, so I chose not to. I felt they were very honest and did not try to over sell me into buying services that were not needed.- Abby C.

We were scared to use this service after seeing negative reviews but the price was right and we ordered carpeting from Home Depot. They arrived on time, took out the old carpeting and replaced about 1600 sq feet of carpeting in our lower level. We had moved our furniture out but they put everything back in place and made sure it was satisfactory They also vacuumed and cleaned everything up. I would reuse them.

Lacked proper moving equipment & furniture pads! MAJOR DAMAGE TO MOST OF MY FURNITURE. No response from owner when notified. Charged $100 for 20' Uhaul truck for 7 mile move. I would have gladly given worker a "bonus" WHEN HE ASKED FOR ONE if most of my furniture had not been damaged!!!!

I have had Spotless clean my carpets a couple of times now and will continue to use them. Both times, they were a little early, which is just fine by me. They were quick, thorough and very kind to my very curious toddler. I loved that they got my carpets so clean and that they dried relatively quickly - far faster than the other nationally known company I have used in the past. Highly recommended!
