I have been in some form of construction most of my adult life. And recently have started turning it into a business for myself. From grading to excavating work to remodel projects we can handle it. We are based in Hennepin and work all over the Illinois Valley. "First, this is nearly a 100 year old house.  So we had no idea what we would find as we started the work.  Old remodel work is obviously more difficult / challenging than new construction. 

They showed up when they said they would.  If there was a change to the schedule, Joe called to let me know.  I cannot imagine much better communication about a project.  

There were a few curve balls, and they dealt with them professionally.  It was a cramped space and they dealt with that.  They also had to work in a closet, above their head, to get to the old shower drain removed / installed.  That was not an easy task.
