"Mike arrived promptly, quickly assessed the situation and confirmed it was as had been described to him on the phone a few days earlier. He was good at explaining things and did a good job, even nicely replacing the carpeting around the base of the toilet. There are a few ways to unclog a toilet without a plunger. Break up the clog with homemade solutions containing soap, vinegar, and baking soda, or simply let hot water spend some time in the drain.
