"We had a sunroom addition put on our house several years ago and the vinyl siding on the side of the house adjacent to the low-E glass was wrinkling and distorting from the heat of the direct and reflected summer sun. At first it was just cosmetic, but this year it progressed to the point where the siding had pulled out of the J-channel at the roof line and we had leaks in heavy rain. He took pictures from the rooftop to show me the damage, which I was able to forward to my agent. He was very good with customer service. My roof went from the worst on the block to the best on the block. My neighbor was so impressed with the work, that she hired the M Construction to replace her roof. Hers looks great too! Other contractors just wanted to get the eagle view of the property to see how much the job was worth and try to set up an appointment with the adjuster.
