"From beginning to end this was a complete good experience. John came out and showed us the window and explained the process. After doing my research I have found the windows he uses to be excellent quality. Ordered the windows, 12 weeks to the date they were installed. The install was done in half a day. They team was very clean, helpful and complete. They answered all my questions and even let me watch! We noticed a difference within hours of sealing up the windows how cool my second story remained with the Energy Efficient windows in. I cleaned all of them with an easy process of sliding the clips and opening them. What a dream window and only wished we had done this ten years earlier. The windows were 29 years old, solid wood and clad. From the outside you can hardly tell the difference. These were a great purchase, and we are looking forward to having the other 13 windows done with Best Windows."

"Chicago Window Guys provided me with 8 replacement windows in my condo unit. The windows were fitted very well, and they were able to remove my old windows and install my new windows in a very timely manner. In addition, they were able to replace windows on the fourth floor of my building, while many other companies I contacted were not willing or able to do so! The warranty they provide with their windows also provides great peace of mind."

"It went very well Gus explained everything from process, how long it would take and pricing. Once the windows arrived they did the job in 1 day very quickly. Love the new windows and for sure I will call again to complete another project in our home. Great work done. From: Leo & Rosy"

"Great work - they fix windows too."

"Super friendly, quick and responsive. The entire process was transparent, I learnt a lot about windows and how to take better care of them just by talking to them and seeing them do the work. Also, they kept to agreed upon dates and time. I will not hesitate to give them a call next time I have similar issues."

"Jon came out measured my window and was back within a week to replace the bad window. Very professional, worked around my business timeline and was proficient. I will be referring him to anyone I know with bad windows! I catch myself gazing out the window now that I can see out of it."

"A very thorough job of installation of the windows. The windows look, and feel MUCH better than Our old windows."

"Excellent workmanship and products I have had three installations with Power in the past two years. I first used them for a new roof and gutters. The workers were all knowledgeable in their area of work. Clean up was good although some nails kept showing up over time. Next I had the 2nd floor windows and some 1st floor windows replaced, 9 in total. Installation went well and they cleaned up beautifully afterwards. I love the windows! They are a beautiful and energy efficient product. Lastly, I recently had a bay window replaced in my kitchen with the same type window. The workers ere all friendly and explained what would be done. The area was draped with plastic to cut down on dust. Clean up was excellent inside and outside! The window is beautiful and the framing on the outside of the window matches the other windows and the small roof above the bay window was replaced with the same roofing as the rest of the house. I would choose them again for any future projects."

"Exceptionally professional from quote to completion. Repaired a broken window pane and a rotted window sash. Great job! Would not hesitate to use them again."
