"It was a difficult project. It’s one of those small houses in Nortbrook where they are predominantly have car ports instead of a garage or a garage that was converted to an extra room. It was a project with many challenges structurally as well as meeting the strict NB codes. It was more than we thought price wise but again things came up unexpectedly. Frank worked with us from beginning to end, was incredibly professional and easy to communicate with. In the very beginning of our remodeling plans, he took time out of his already busy schedule to talk us through our ideas and give us his two cents. Jason and Dakota, who did the majority of the handiwork, kept their work space very clean and tidy. They were very friendly, easy to work with, and respectful of my home and belongings. I definitely would not mind them coming back to do more work on my house! The end product of both bathrooms was phenomenal, especially my master bathroom.
