"It was a difficult project. It’s one of those small houses in Nortbrook where they are predominantly have car ports instead of a garage or a garage that was converted to an extra room. It was a project with many challenges structurally as well as meeting the strict NB codes. It was more than we thought price wise but again things came up unexpectedly. Was also pleased that he had availability that same week I wanted to start the project. He came prepared and took great care while working in my home to ensure the work area was clean after he was done. The end result of the project also met my expectation of quality. As other reviewers have said he may work a little slow but the quality speaks for itself. I much rather have the job done right than rushed with a poor quality of work.
