From finishing a room in the basement, redoing a bathroom, building a fence, and changing out an exsisting railing in the house, to a rustic piece of art. He was eager to tackle it all, and even helped us seek out old barn wood for project ideas we showed him off Pinterest. It's not just his work, and quality, ..which is amazing! .. "We had a mudroom addition to our home that was constructed many years ago that was in very tired condition. Handyman Pros and their carpenter Ken, demoed the old addition and remodeled. The price was very competive as we had a few bids that were 2-3 times Handyman Pros price. The workmanship was excellent, the construction was timely and the finished products was great. We would highly recommend their services."

"It was a difficult project. It’s one of those small houses in Nortbrook where they are predominantly have car ports instead of a garage or a garage that was converted to an extra room. It was a project with many challenges structurally as well as meeting the strict NB codes. It was more than we thought price wise but again things came up unexpectedly. Ricky is a very clever and experienced guy, fantastic. Throughout the short journey was Ivona. Ivona is very responsive and gets back to you immediately. They are so lucky to have her. Thank you again Ivona, Ricky and the guys. I am so glad I went with this company. I love my garage."

"My husband and I used HomeAdvisor to assist us in finding a contractor to remodel our guest and master bathroom. We were incredibly lucky that Ultra Source Performance was first on the list! Frank worked with us from beginning to end, was incredibly professional and easy to communicate with. In the very beginning of our remodeling plans, he took time out of his already busy schedule to talk us through our ideas and give us his two cents. Jason and Dakota, who did the majority of the handiwork, kept their work space very clean and tidy. They were very friendly, easy to work with, and respectful of my home and belongings. I definitely would not mind them coming back to do more work on my house! The end product of both bathrooms was phenomenal, especially my master bathroom. I've gotten comments that it looks and feels like a high-end hotel bathroom, which I think is one of the highest forms of praise! Even after our bathrooms were finished, Frank has made it clear that if there are any issues that come up, we could reach out to him. We've had a couple tweaks that needed to be addressed a few months after their work was done, and Frank was always quick to respond. I never expect him to respond right away, but he makes it clear that he cares about his craft and his customers. Thank you, Frank, Jason, and Dakota, for transforming our bathrooms!"

"Roman came to my house to review the project and we negotiated cost. I felt he was fair/polite and was happy to work with him. Was also pleased that he had availability that same week I wanted to start the project. He came prepared and took great care while working in my home to ensure the work area was clean after he was done. The end result of the project also met my expectation of quality. As other reviewers have said he may work a little slow but the quality speaks for itself. I much rather have the job done right than rushed with a poor quality of work. I would recommend Roman if you need help on certain jobs around the house and I will hire him again for any new projects that come around."

"Brandon is the first contractor we have hired who showed up (early) was meticoulas with his craftsmanship AND did a beautiful job. Building inspectors commented on our deck saying it was the most beautiful and structurally sound deck they have ever seen!
