Caveat emptor!!!! 100% truth with working with this builder. Let the buyer beware!

I wish I could list everything that was messed up, it would conservatively number in the hundreds. The punch list at move in was nearly that long. When we tried to have the punch list items repaired, many of them were made worse by their poor workmanship. We finally had to hire outside contractors to do the work right because it just wasn't worth having them come out to screw it up. We are just one example of the KLM experience. Many other people in our neighborhood had the same problems during their construction. All my wife and I can say is stay away from KLM Builders like the plague. Sure their models look great, but they have to in order to sucker you in to buy one.
