"It was a difficult project. It’s one of those small houses in Nortbrook where they are predominantly have car ports instead of a garage or a garage that was converted to an extra room. It was a project with many challenges structurally as well as meeting the strict NB codes. It was more than we thought price wise but again things came up unexpectedly. Ricky is a very clever and experienced guy, fantastic. Throughout the short journey was Ivona. Ivona is very responsive and gets back to you immediately. They are so lucky to have her. "Job consisted of installing garage insulation/drywall, fixing tape (that connects drywall throughout entire garage), applying Sheetrock, sanding, & painting entire garage. Bottom line: was relieved to se how perfect the garage walls looked after insulating, putting up drywall, fixing entire garage drywall taping, and building/straightening existing problems in wall itself. He ended up recommending/fixing more problems than realized garage had, Even lighting Is 100 times better than before. Definitely highly recommend! PS By the way, he volunteered to help family member take extremely rusted bolt license plate off (has every right tool you can think of). Also, he recommended the POD (which never thought of) for commercial treadmill, since wanted garage floor epoxied afterwards. HIGHLY RECOMMEND CARL W. CARLSON for any Jakob.
