"Within 5 minutes of requesting a quote, they texted me and then called me. My kitchen sink was stopped up in both drains. I had tried draino but it didn't work. Unfortunately the appointment i had for the next day was canceled but rescheduled for the following day and at the time I needed. Gabriel C was my technician that came over to unclog my drain. He was very polite, professional and clean. He was able to get the water out thru the drain pipe right under the sink. He then pulled the rest of my pipes off and found the clog. He was able to get the gunk out and used his equipment and there were no more clogs down the rest of the pipes. He wore his booties inside and cleaned up after himself. "I would say it was between $400 and $500. He was really good, he was very competitive. We haven’t lived in our place yet since he did the work, but I’ve used it a couple of times and it seems to be working fine. I think I called somebody that day and he was out the next day. He looked at it that day and came out and did the work that same day basically. He was awesome! Punctuality was great, it worked out perfectly. The whole thing was an “A”, there wasn’t any bad part about it to be honest. I have referred him already. What he did exceptionally well is that he came out and looked at the problem and he offered up basically three solutions, that any of them would work. They were also viable, but he also came up with a fourth solution based off what I was looking for. So, I think he was just very thorough and understand as to what I was looking for. It took him a half a day to complete the work. He cleaned up completely. The place was a mess, it was a construction zone, so he was great. He was fast, thorough, responsive and very knowledgeable."

"The basement had an awful sewage smell and the water from the basement washing machine, sinks, and toilet wasn't flowing into the ejector pump pit to be pumped out into the overhead sewer. Water had also backed up into the laundry room. J & S came the next day, inspected line with camera, and did a rod of the sewer line. The main pipe under the basement foundation was clogged bad; however, J & S opened the line and fixed the problem. The employees (Daniel, Jorge, and Rosalio) were on time, very professional, and cleaned before leaving. Daniel also pointed out some other sewer/plumbing issues that he recommended be fixed in the future (with-out being pushy). I would recommend this company after my experience with them."
