I hired Paramount Fence to install a new vinyl fence and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the finished product, everything was handled professionally and with great attention to detail. Laura, my sales representative, was fantastic. She explained all the ins and outs of the fencing options available and made sure I felt confident in my choices for our yard. She took multiple measurements and was able to alter the estimate after confirming local village code requirements. Her expertise and clear guidance made the selection process easy. Throughout the project, Paramount Fence impressed me with their excellent communication. They kept me updated and provided a day’s notice before installation. The crew arrived on time and worked efficiently, completing the entire 278-foot fence—including two gates—over just two days. The finished fence stands sturdy at 6 feet tall and looks fantastic. I highly recommend Paramount Fence!

We have used Paramount in the past and were pleased with the service. Not this time. I called to have someone come out to give an estimate of reseating two posts that had heaved over the winter affecting a gate. At the same time I requested an estimate to replace a lower rail that had been broken by workmen in our neighbor's yard. I asked that the estimate for the rail to be separated so I could show it to the neighbors for payment. The separate price for the broken rail was $550 because they would have to remove and reset two posts. My neighbor thought that was excessive and I should have believed him. When the workmen came they reset the two gate posts without any issue. Then they replaced the rail without having to do any post resetting. When I called they offered me a $75 refund. So replacing the rail cost me $475. The total job was a little over $1400 which I had to pay in advance. I will never use Paramount again.

Paramount did a fabulous job, taking down our old fence and installing a beautiful new white vinyl fence. The work was done very quickly and efficiently, and when they were finished the yard looked fabulous with no debris left behind. The workers were very professional and polite. I highly recommend paramount!

Our backyard fence was completed in one day. The installers were pleasant, prompt and were easy to work with. The work was well done and despite weather related conditions, they did a nice job cleaning the yard upon completion.

We had an old wood fence collapse on us about a year ago and Paramount fence was one of the companies we had quote the project. My sales rep was well informed, did a great job quoting and explaining everything and despite some material delays (nothing they can do about that) it was a very smooth process. The installation team was great and we love our fence so much, we are now planning to do the other portion of our fence. Chris was able to quote what we needed and was just as friendly and knowledgable as our last salesman. I would highly recommend Paramount Fence to anyone in need of a new fence.

My husband and I could not be happier with our experience with Paramount Fence! From our first contact on the phone, to them coming out to give us a quote, to the fence being installed, their customer service was outstanding! Dan was amazing helping us figure out a plan that was best for our budget and didn't try to overcharge us like a few other companies did! We signed the contract and a few weeks later our beautiful white, vinyl fence was installed. The workers busted their butts and it up in a day! Everything is perfect! I would not recommend any other company but Paramount!

The installation was completed in three days. The fence is a black chain link and they brought a galvanized that took 10 days to get corrected. The worst part of this is that we paid our 50% deposit, when they were completing the install the posts between my house and the garage damaged the power line in ground. This was a "personal" line not marked by JUILE, BUT was known by the salesman, marked on the contract, acknowledged twice on the sales calls, even known that they needed to place the fence in a specific spot to avoid the line. BUT the power is out, now for three months, lost hundreds of dollars of food in my garage, and after paying electricians out of my pocket to confirm the damage and then to get estimates (another $150), the company advises they are sorry and will send me a $300 dollar check, not even covering the lost food or fees, and not even close to the estimated $500 - $3,500.00 to fix the issue. The great thing is that they made dam sure to hit my credit card to get the full payment even though this is all going on.

First let me say the fence we have now is great. But the process was very bumpy. The first fence installed at the end of May required a lot of input with the crew. They didn’t seem to know the design we chose and adjustments needed to be made. Then we didn’t pass the city inspection because it was too low. So they came out, twice, to fix it and ended up hacking off the bottom so it was uneven all over. A supervisor came out and agreed it was a mess. Ultimately a new crew came out and replaced all of the boards. So two months after the first installation, we finally got the right fence.

Fantastic! From the first day I contacted Paramount via Angies List, it has been nothing but utmost quality and total professionalism. From scheduling an appointment with the support personnel, to Omar's outstanding work in making the purchase, to Gabriels understanding of my needing to put the installation on hold due to all the rain, and finally, the hardworking crew of Julio and Roberto was outstanding. The job was finished in one day and what a difference it makes with our property. I have had a number of house repairs done by contractors this year and I must honestly say that this company truly committed to putting the customer first. Thank you Paramount...you got our business going forward.

We initially had some scheduling conflicts due to rain which is to be expected. The crew did a great job on the fence and clean up. Everything was completed in one day.

I should have wrote this review years ago. I had the fence installed in 2008. I had to have 4 posts replaced in 2014 and today I am having 8 more replaced due to rot since they were not installed properly in the fist place. I questioned the crew the day they originally installed the fence as to how much cement they would add to each post. He said that only about a couple feet was necessary. That left almost 2 feet of post buried in the ground which caused the premature rotting.The salesman, Nate, was very professional and I had faith that I would be getting a first class job. Now each year I will be replacing the posts but they are being done the correct way with the cement poured to just below the surface. I have consulted 3 different fence installers as to how my post should have been installed. I feel I was ripped of so that they didn't have to supply and mix the correct amount of concrete. I felt I should write this review to warn others not to make the same mistake I did. We all know wood eventually will rot but to have to start replacing the fence posts 6 years after the fence was installed after paying almost 7K is not right.

Excellent. Steve was very detailed in explaining the process during the estimate including finding my property lines, timelines for installation, what my responsibility would be, etc. He was absolutely a wonder to work with. The installation was perfect. Far exceeded my expectations. The installers were very polite and very informative on what they were doing. The cost was very competitive and one of the lower estimates. Definitely an A++ job with quality and service.

Everything went perfectly. Steve cam out to quote, and then back again to measure lot lines. Juan did a great job on taking out the old fence and putting in the new one. The only problem was a rain delay. The fence is beautiful. Everything was cleaned up perfectly. I am very happy that I chose Paramount

Very well. Omar was very professional, pleasant and helpful in determining what we wanted/needed. Pricing was reasonable. They also went out of their way to get our fence installed asap when I told them I was having surgery and needed fence to make it easier for me to control my dogs while recovering. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a new fence. Our fence looks great!
