We took him up on that offer and are very pleased with the space and it looks like the cabinet was always there. This is the 3rd time we have used CCCM and have always been happy with their work. When we had questions, CCCM has always responded promptly. We found that Jody and his crew were on schedule and cleaned up well when they were done. It involved plumbing and venting, etc. HUGE value add to the building. We also needed to lift and stabilize a kitchen floor that had been sinking toward one side. Quite a complicated task but it turned out beautifully and I have not had a problem since. Finally, Don completely renovated a unit including new kitchen and bath - turned out magnificent. The plumber, electrician, carpenter, and HVAC techs were all top notch. This is the hallmark of a GC who has been in the business a long time. I am currently looking for another rental property of similar condition (fixer-upper) and will undoubtedly use Don and his crew - wouldn't even consider using anyone else."
