"I was awoken late one night by the sound of thumps and chirps in the attic and knew I had raccoons.  The next day was Sunday, and I left a message for Animal Trackers.  They called back within the hour, and by the end of the day, they had come to the home and set a baited trap on the roof.  (no additional fees for a Sunday call, either)  I was worried by Wednesday when no raccoon had been caught, and called them up.  The tracker on duty took a great deal of time to explain the habits of raccoons to me and reassured me that she would soon be caught.  Sure enough, that night the mom went in for a look, sprung the trap, and was caught.  I called them the next day and by 2 pm, mom was picked up.  The worker then went into our attic and removed the baby raccoon (no others in this litter).   He came back the following day and installed a cage around the ceiling fan to stop any future guests from coming in.  Finally, Animal Trackers gave us the name and phone number of a GREAT restoration service to clean up the damage.  As un-fun as attic raccoon are, at least we had a great company to evict them!  Recommended!

An ABC crew sealed these gaps and installed screens on our attic vents and fans. The result of this project is that we have been completely pest free for years. "I have a critter of sorts in my wall. He said its almost definitely a mouse (or mice). He could lay traps or rip the wall open, but they dont repair it. I opted for traps. He laid a bunch of mouse traps. 5 days later I dont have any mice in the traps, but I still have a critter in my wall. I called him back. He said hed come out again, and I never heard from him again. $150 down the drain. Another pest control service said its most likely a chipmunk and they will lay a trap in the attic. Going to try that route now."
