Dragan is not only competent but just a really smart man, Knows his job and has creative solutions. Nothing is too big a deal and he’s very obliging with all requests and delivers what you’re looking for. Above all he’s an absolute gentleman and thoroughly decent guy - has gone from a stranger to someone who locks up the house for me if I have to leave midway through a job. Office is very responsive and good communication. So its safe to say I highly recommend him and all his crew, and I’m already organizing to get siding done with them in Spring.

They came back quickly with a quote. Pricing was fair. They went above my expectations to make sure we were satisfied with the repairs and paint work. My wife and i are very happy with the results. And they were done on time, ahead of the holiday.

It went well. He didn't have some screws that he thought he had brought but didn't and therefore had to go to the hardware store to pickup. Other than that everything went fine. He did a few other things around the house as well.

Required two visits for all the work. He did a very nice job on everything. Highly recommend them.

I got a verbal contract with this company for shower and kitchen remodeling. Owner Dragan starts from shower (32"x32"). He explain it will take one day and estimate was pretty acceptable. They (he and his employee) came to work, but only worked 1 to 3 hours. Dragan most of the time late from 30 minutes to 2 hrs. He told me that he has another big project. Finally shower cost $600 more. Next day bottom tiles was crack. He is fixed right away. But couples day later one tile crack again. Inside kitchen cabinets I asked install 2 outlets He was confused about how to finish up our kitchen. As a result, we were left with unfinished and unusable kitchen. Cabinets was installed different company. So price $2050...?!!

Excellent work performed professionally with attention to detail

I contacted several companies with the list of activities that I wanted completed and most said that this job was too small and they would only complete complete renovations. Dragan, the owner of Markovic, contacted me and was happy to come over and discuss all of the requests. He was punctual and provided me a quote in a very short period of time. The quote was in the range of what I expected and thus did not get another opinion as it was already frustrating trying to find someone to complete the tasks. Being that my partner and I work we were not able to be home most of the time that the work was going on. A key was left for him or his team and they were very respectful of the house. They minimized the dust from sanding the floor as much as possible by hanging up tarps and Dragan's wife came by after to help clean-up the dust. Given how cold the weather was for this time of year they had to utilize the garage to store some of the stained trim and wood which was very reasonable. All of the worker's were very nice and professional and Dragan would respond to any questions or concerns that I had. With multiple projects going on like this some items can be overlooked but a quick email and it was taken care of. It was about 9 days when someone was in the house working but not the entire day. They cleaned-up very well and I was given what I was promised. When there was an issue with the way the master bathroom door was placed Dragan agreed with me to move the switches to outside the room to be more accessible while still allowing the doors to not bang into each other. There remain two small final touches to complete which they have on their to do list. Very pleased with him and the entire team and would highly recommend especially if you have multiple items and are looking for one place to go.

Good for the price. Installer couldn't finish, they should have scheduled more time, I would have paid for it. Also I was told installer would have all misc items needed, sounded like miscommunication between installer and head office. I was able to work with the guy which saved me some time and money, and I liked him. Nice trustworthy people to work with and on time which is worth a lot. I got good enough for me so I would hire again.

It went well. Courteous person. I just thought that the handyman was a bit slow with the work.

They did an excellent job of informing me of what they were doing and how it should be handled. Am very happy with the service and will definitely use them again!

Great service

The work was great! I had two workers at my house for 4 hours ("Contractor for a Day offer purchased through Angie's List), and I needed to find more things other than my original To Do list, because the work was done efficiently and quickly. They arrived right on time at 8am, and there was definitely no time-wasting! Both men were very polite and friendly, professional, respectful, thorough, tidy and clean in their work. They were very honest about what they could and couldn't do in the time allotted, and what would require an additional estimate and work. I am very pleased and happy with what they were able to accomplish in half a day, and would highly recommend this company to others with projects. (My dogs and the workers liked each other as well!)

Dragan is very knowledgeable of how a house is built which allowed him to solve any problem that came up in the installation of the appliances quickly and efficiently. I would not hesitate to hire again.

We live in an old house. We were extremely satisfied with the work Tom did for us. He was very pleasant and always professional. He understood what we wanted (a great listener) and gave us good input on the design and other aspects of the remodel. Tom is very hardworking and his work is top quality. Our entire entire experience with Markovic, including our interaction with B in the office, has been great! We would highly recommend them.
