We are happy that they refunded the money (about 120.00 for this service call), but are unhappy that their clean and check service did not extend to checking the condensate pan under the A-Coil... We are concerned that the backed-up condensate water may have caused system components to become soaked. We are hoping that this will not reduce the life of our furnace!!!!"
