If it's the owner (instead of some commission-driven salesperson), you know that their name and reputation are on the line. Karl was upfront and responsive. I had a sliding glass door replacement and had to have rotten wood removed and replaced to align the door. The crew was on time, clean, and diligent. And overall, a good value as well. Recommended!"
