"This was phase 2 of 3 of my window and door project. I installed another patio door and 2 bathroom windows with privacy glass. Gus had his team replace all the rotted wood and add new aluminum capping on the exterior. The products came in earlier than expected and they were able to install everything well ahead of schedule. "The results are really nice, but just took too long to complete, otherwise our project would have been rated "A". The process started in late September 2019 when we were asking for estimates. We really liked working with Teresa and selected Excel for the project in November 2019. We got scheduled for January 6th, 2020 to start a project which was to take 2 to 3 weeks. Roman did the remodel and he was fantastic. Great workmanship and easy to schedule with. While 95% of the project was completed in three weeks, delays with the walk-in shower glass and the linen closet doors pushed that remaining 5% completion out weeks. Covid-19 then added to the delays. The linen closet doors were finally delivered on May 5th, 2020. We are happy with the end result, even after the delays."

And every word he said was true. The windows look great, the house seems so quiet, and I am very excited to keep my blinds up and not worry about fading of my furniture and floors. So the product is great, but let me tell you the craftsmanship of the installers is crazy! They take pride in their work, very neat. There was never a mess at the end of the day. If it's the owner (instead of some commission-driven salesperson), you know that their name and reputation are on the line. Karl was upfront and responsive. I had a sliding glass door replacement and had to have rotten wood removed and replaced to align the door. The crew was on time, clean, and diligent. And overall, a good value as well. Recommended!"

My first point of contact was Diane Schnieder. This lady is the best. When she came out to look at the scope of work, she told me yes indeed we can fix this. Then I mentioned a more complex repair on the leaning loading dock wall. Diane looked it over and said we can fix it. They have already repaired the sidewalk, and they are coming back out to repair the leaning dock wall. This company is totally awesome."
