If it's the owner (instead of some commission-driven salesperson), you know that their name and reputation are on the line. Karl was upfront and responsive. I had a sliding glass door replacement and had to have rotten wood removed and replaced to align the door. The crew was on time, clean, and diligent. And overall, a good value as well. Recommended!"

I had a small hodge-podge of work needing to be done that consisted of 4 new windows (existing ones were original to the 1940's house and rotting) and then having all the fascia around the house capped with aluminum (and replacing any rotting boards). I was having trouble finding a company to do the windows and the fascia together even though the one set of old windows were in a dormer with the fascia rotting out (and needing to be replaced with the windows) -- but Ultimate Remodelers took care of it all and for a reasonable price.
