I finally got rid of my old windows (leaking) and replaced with sliders with the exception of the 2 casement windows. Karl's presentation was very informative and communicated well. Once windows were ready (ahead of schedule) we set a date. Radek arrived on time and installed the windows within a day. He also made sure to leave each of the work areas clean. I would definitely recommend.

Ordered a patio door with a foot lock, but they nickel and dimed me about not having the foot lock and installed the foot lock for the door that didn?t have one installed. The door ended up leaking water into my condo and ruining my hardwood floors right 100 square feet. The guy selling the door said it wasn?t his fault and the installers said it wasn?t their fault. I wouldn?t say they didn?t do a good job, but the company outsources each part so liability isn?t a thing. Wouldn?t recommend using since it was clear no one was willing to help after screwing this up and didn?t want me as the customer to be fully satisfied.

Karl and his crew were amazing when they came to replace a sliding glass door. The door was a custom size and Karl's price was lower than the companies who wanted to put in a standard door and fill the frame with plywood. Even when there was a slight hiccup the day before the install, Karl communicated frequently until everything was resolved. The team did quality work in a short amount of time to install the door. I will be reaching out to them in the future to replace some windows in my home. I absolutely recommend booking this company.
