"Herb Blackmon was our first point
of contact with US Waterproofing.  He provided a detailed explanation of
what was causing the leak in our basement.  Herb was very knowledgeable
and explained the issues we were facing in a manner that was easy to understand.
 He presented us with several options and we decided to install the drain
tile system in our entire basement as well as a new concrete floor.
The job took about a week to complete.  It was originally supposed to take about 48
hours but when we decided to have a new floor installed and to have the old
floor dug out to gain a few inches of height in the basement it extended the
time of the job.  The crew arrived
promptly every day and began by breaking up and removing the old floor.  Once that was done they began the process of installing
the drain tile system and digging out the dirt/sand to gain additional ceiling
height.  Once that was complete they
dumped the rocks and gravel and began laying the concrete floor.  We were very satisfied with the work of US
Waterproofing from start to finish.  Herb
was an awesome salesman.  He was
knowledgeable without being undermining and pushy and he was patient and gave
us great advice about how we were to proceed. 
The crew was hardworking and professional.  I would recommend US Waterproofing to anyone
seeking to address leaky basement issues or have a new floor installed. The
quality of their work enabled us to be able to remodel our basement."

That work involved supporting and securing the garage wall while replacing the broken concrete. With the new concrete, the garage is now completely level. They also replaced and expanded our patio, which was broken and not pitched correctly. The new concrete is now correctly pitched away from the house to keep water away. We love our new patio! Professional Concrete definitely lived up to their name, and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again."
