"I messaged them on a Saturday to see if they could figure out why smoke enters my home, when I use the fireplace.  They messaged back that I could call on Saturday night.  I didn't see the message and thought I'd try on a Sunday and they made time to talk to me.  They said they offered to take a call on Sat night, because they thought I had smoke entering the home and they wanted to help me stop it.  They gave advice on how to stop the problem for free.  I don't think it'll solve my problem, so they said they can look at the problem and see if there's something they can do. 
I haven't met too many people eager to help you out for free on a Saturday night.  They'll be first on the list whenever I have a problem with the chimney.  Hopefully, their work matches their service, which went above and beyond what is expected.

He came back and fixed everything a week later when the cap came back. Vincent gets 5 stars. I would use them again. The only issue I had was with GEM phone customer service. They had a problem (on their end, not ours) with one of the checks and tried to pressure me into using Zelle. I would have preferred putting it on a credit card, but they don't take them. Credit cards and checks give customers consumer protections."
