Four-day job, exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail. Vince works on one job at a time, as opposed to others in the business who work on multiple projects. Mark (plumbing) has worked with Vince for 20 years. Andy (assistant) has worked with him for two years. There are no subs. And honestly, there is no substitution for work done right.

Nothing but good things to say about Vince's Tile. Vince came in last minute to wrap up the last step of a project from a different contractor. He was extremely efficient and made the process super easy. While he was here, I had him look at the grout in our shower and he was able to repair and replace a bunch of old grout, and do some other repairs in the bathroom all in the same day. Pricing was fair and work was thorough. And most of all Vince is a super friendly guy who clearly takes a lot of pleasure in giving great service to his clients. A+

He gave me estimate, gave several suggestion that kept me from unnecessarily spending money. Vince's started the work on Monday and the next 4 days they arrived on time and ready to go. At the end of each work day they left the room in as orderly as state as possible. Honest, reliable, and fair.

Vince did a great job replacing a broken tile in my kitchen. Also he provided feedback on a future bathroom renovation. I would use him again.

The service was excellent. They took care of everything and clean about everything. They are polite and It's just really good. They clean up after themselves and tell me what they're doing. They are pleasurable and considerate. I really love the job they did.

Great job, professional, beautiful work at a reasonable price. Made my 100 year house that much bettet- Vince and crew laid slate tile in my kitchen, back hallway and bathroom. They went way above and beyond the original job spec. moved gigantic 8 burner stove (twice), moved fridge, replaced underlayment under toilet, r& r toilet and dishwasher, rebuilt custom cabinet for dishwasher...and so much more. The slate tile was a bear to lay- many cuts and the 'real' stuff so none of it exactly the same. Would recommend him and hire again given the need.

We hired Vince to install tile for the entry and a couple bathrooms in a gut rehab. It's hard to imagine someone doing a worse job than he did. The entry floor tile featured a design pattern and was located in a prominent location between two doors. He laid the tile skewed to the wall and every way you looked at it was rotated. It was so glaringly obvious that the clients called right away to complain. Then, the floor tile laid had no bonding with the thin set and subfloor. When you walked on it, you could hear each tile was hollow underneath and you could just bend down and pry up the tile without any effort. They just popped-off. And this was after allowing the tile to set up for a week. He also installed a shower pan which was complete garbage as well. All-in-all, we had to hire a new contractor to take out all the tile Vince laid, buy new tile and demo the shower pan. It cost us weeks of down time and over $1,000 in new supplies to fix his gross incompetence.

Hired Vince to install a kitchen backsplash based on his reviews and his obvious knowledge when I talked to him. He was great to work with and his communication was fantastic. Him and Mark did an excellent job. Very detailed, customer oriented and went above and beyond. Worth the price.

Vince and his coworker Mark did a superb job, the project came in on budget, and they were great about minimizing the intrusion to my live/work space so I could continue my work at home. They were pleasant, considerate, and generous about taking care of a few little “extras” in addition to the work we agreed on. I highly recommend this business!

This is the second job I have hired Vince to do this year. This time I replaced a whirlpool tub with a custom shower 6 foot by 3 foot in size. I did the demolition and bought the tile and Vince built it all back. It is absolutely stunning. A custom formed shower pan, Granite topped sill and shower bench, two niches, three different kinds of tile. Absolutely stunning. He kept my carpets covered in canvas tarps while he worked and when we walked out a few minutes ago the tile and grout had been sealed and all the seams caulked. He even touched up some dings in my drywall! 5 Stars!

Vince scheduled to start the project on April 1. He showed up as scheduled, arrived on site each day and completed the job in five days as estimated. He was responsive to my questions during the job and when he ran out of bull nose tile (I did not buy enough) he obtained additional tile on his own and kept the job moving along. Good service, excellent quality, a fair price. I will be hiring him again for the next project that needs a good tile setter!

Excellent! Vince is an up-standing contractor. Because of subtle movement of our tub, the caulk that Vince laid initially did not hold appropriately. When I let him know, he was more than happy to come back out to fix it as soon as possible and did not give me any trouble. He wants to see the job done right and wants a happy customer. I cannot say the same for all the other contractors I've worked with over the years. Thank you, Vince.

Vince did an outstanding job. We wanted to spruce up our bathroom in our 95-year-old home. Vince put in new floor and baseboard tile, removed and regrouted tile on two walls, caulked around the tub and installed a new faucet in our vanity. It turned out great and looks like a new bathroom! He also did some minor work in another bathroom and kitchen. He was able to get started on the job within several days (right before the holiday) and did high quality work at an affordable price.

I am very happy with the job Vince and his team did installing a ceramic/glass backsplash in my kitchen. It was a relatively small job, and I had difficulty getting contractors to call me back or show up to provide an estimate. Vince not only arrived on time for the appointment, he spent almost 30 minutes measuring and discussing what exactly I wanted done prior to providing an estimate. Vince was more expensive than some of the other quotes, but the quality of his and his team's work is worth it! For instance, there was one small section that Vince noticed during final inspection that he didn't like, so he redid it without my asking. He wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I am! Vince and his team were friendly and courteous. They did a great job cleaning up the kitchen after each work day. It's obvious Vince cares deeply about his work and customer satisfaction. He noticed I was missing one piece of tile trim in my entryway, and he found a similar piece at Home Depot and installed it free of charge! I'd absolutely hire him for future jobs.

Vince is simply the best. He had done two jobs for us before so it was an easy choice to bring him back for this one. Quick work expertly done.

I hired Vince to salvage my tile kitchen floor. The original installer botched the job and I was living with creaky tiles and crumbling grout for the past 4 years. Work proceeded with no firm price since the complete condition of the floor could not be determined until tiles were removed and the underlayment was examined. Vince only told me that his price would be fair and that I would be happy with the outcome. It was and I am. Vince was not through until he was sure I was satisfied. Beware of low quotes for tile floors. There seems to be several ways to cut installation costs without the resulting flaws appearing until months later.

Great job - you would never know that it was patched, looks brand new!

Whenever hiring a contractor for the first time, I wonder, are they honest, competent, fairly priced, and will they meet the schedule and fulfill all requirements of the job? Vince and his crew exceeded all expectations. Since this was a rehab of an existing bathroom there were decisions needed during the process. Vince explained all the options and handled surprises without losing a step or requiring additional money. I have had competent contractors in the past but I don’t think I ever felt that it was a pleasure dealing with them. It was with Vince. I would not hesitate to use Vince again.

Everything went so smoothly! In addition to his outstanding workmanship, he has personality plus !!! I will continue to recommend him to everyone I know.
