He took his time to help explain things with us and was even very careful when it was just him and my wife to begin the appointment. "The salemam put on an hour presentation so that I could see my bad water verses the filtered water. He was patient with me and most importantly he didn t act as if he was wasting his time and assume that I couldn t pay for the system. The system works great and I saw a difference immediately. The system was installed neatly and I although I initially inquired about the water system for bathing and washing only; I also purchased the reverse osmosis system for drinking water. They are pricey though."

"There was a delay in removing the water softener due to Covid but after 4 months in hiring a handyman, it was resolved and they came out to recheck the softener to make sure it was working properly. Excellent water softener and free service on it for two years."

"David and his son did a fantastic job installing our water softener and reverse osmosis drinking water. They were finished with both in about 1.5 hours. We thought we were seeing a tiny, tiny drip under the sink from the RO system, and when I called David he walked me through to check the filters to ensure they were screwed on tight enough. But if that didn't work, he offered to come back and take a look (everything was all good!) - fantastic service and definitely a great price! So happy to have softer, cleaner water running through my home!"
