I also needed a system to address the rust and iron in my well water. I did not want to spend a fortune but the sales lady was pretty convincing. The price was good and the workmanship was excellent. My water is clean again ! Now I can tackle the original problem. My toilet has bad rust stains. I will either get it clean, or replace it. I could not do this until the water was fixed."

In installing our new system, Tim and Ryan discovered that silt and sand were coming into our old system from our well. Tim and Ryan reached out to Will County Well & Pump to assess the issue. As it turned out, our well cap was cracked and a new well had to be drilled. Three weeks later, we had a new well. After the plumber cleared our pipes of sand, Tim came to our house to hook up the system. As it turned out, there was still a clog - silt and sand remained in the pipes that led to the water treatment system. Tim told us that he wouldnâ t leave our house until we had water. Tim stayed at our house until 8pm that night, carrying buckets of water with sand and silt out of our basement and dumping them outside, until the clog was fixed.
