In installing our new system, Tim and Ryan discovered that silt and sand were coming into our old system from our well. Tim and Ryan reached out to Will County Well & Pump to assess the issue. As it turned out, our well cap was cracked and a new well had to be drilled. Three weeks later, we had a new well. After the plumber cleared our pipes of sand, Tim came to our house to hook up the system. As it turned out, there was still a clog - silt and sand remained in the pipes that led to the water treatment system. Tim told us that he wouldnâ t leave our house until we had water. Tim stayed at our house until 8pm that night, carrying buckets of water with sand and silt out of our basement and dumping them outside, until the clog was fixed. Tim went over and above what anybody in his position would be expected to do. We are so grateful for Tim's hard work. We cannot recommend Aquatico enough."

"If you have a well and need installation, service, or an inspection. Artisan Well Pump is by far the best option in this area. The owner, Mykeal, is very professional. He will go out of his way and use his vast knowledge to make sure you get the best service for your money. My well pump went out on Friday evening. I contacted Mykeal late on Saturday, and he was at my house Sunday morning working hard to get my pump fixed and water restored. Fair prices and honesty. 100% trustworthy.
