They were always cleaning the floor as they were in and out and had no problem maneuvering the old and new water heater up and down the very narrow staircase that was almost impossible with ease. There were workers outside doing our storm sewers and they hit our gas line while the install was being done and because of this, Rob made sure they called Ni-Gas and explained to me what needed to be done with the heater when Nigas came in the house.
