"1. They broke the water main in two places, covered it up by continuing the landscaping, lied about breaking it, and offered to re-landscape again later for more money. 2. I told them I wanted ground cover around established trees and on the side of the house. Instead they planted grass there. They then planted the ground cover without first killing the new grass. It looks terrible because of all the grass growing around and rising above the new ground cover. 3. There are many, many large bare spots where grass should be growing. I told them about that but instead of seeding or reseeding the bare spots, they covered it up with the fiber blanket that concealed the fact grass seed wasn't planted until after I paid them. 4. They fixed my brick sidewalk but forgot they were to treat it. When I reminded them to do it, they didn't sweep off the dirt and just covered the dirt. 5. Tore pond liner, covered it up, and didn't reattach to new bricks despite many promises."

Raul did the digging (literally) to ensure he knew exactly what work needed to be done, and did some quick simple repairs while doing the estimate. He refused payment for this until the larger job was done. Three days later, four guys were at our home 9am Sunday morning to complete the work. They worked hard, verified with me all sprinkler heads were working, added two heads to the system while rerouting the pipe, and finished the job right on time (we were leaving at 11am and I paid them at 10:55). After all that, their price was roughly 50% lower than what my previous provider would have charged. I have fired them, and Rainforce is our go-to for the future."
