"Got a quote from 5 star Yorkville and was going to have them do the work . Was going to by the paint myself since it was on sale at Sherwin Williams. I asked Mike how many gallons I would need and he told me I have to sign the contract first. It felt like he thought I was trying to pull a fast one on him, but that was not the case at all. If that’s how you do business then I will go elsewhere which I did. I had a new contractor the same day and you lost out on a job you would oh had. As far as I’m concerned this was a bad business decision since there are a lot of contractors looking for businesses"

"I had a drywall disaster one Saturday night. I thought the drywall on the affected wall would need to be replaced. As a matter of fact I was told that much by a very knowledgeable person. So I went to angie’s list with the intention to find a drywall installer. MKD was one of the providers i selected. I did that at about 8 pm on that Saturday night. I then turned on my TV to watch a movie not expecting anything till at least Monday morning. In about 3 minutes I got contacted by MKD and after discussing my options, I was happy to learn that all was not lost and that they could do a miracle saving me from installing new drywall - a 2k endeavor. And guess what, they could do it Sunday morning! Wow. Mario showed up exactly on time. He was very patient and friendly throughout the whole proce . He worked for about 7 hours and did an AMAZING job. I also asked him to touch an area in the kitchen that had bothered me and my wife for months. He took care of that too. Don't expect them to honor their warranty, and would warn anyone about NOT using this service in the future. Miguel and Jose were the project managers on our home painting project. The group was very professional and courteous. They did excellent work painting our home and cleaning up afterwards. They answered all our questions without hesitation. We have already received many compliments from our neighbors. They also worked with us for special requests and questions about paint brands and colors. They finished the work promptly and had a reasonable and competitive price."
