Good. Pro came out and showed me what was broken and repaired.

Fast service, professional and explained in detail the issue and showed me the repair and fixed it on the spot in less than a hour. My dryer suddenly stopped producing heat and I was concerned had my clothes in the dryer just got done washing, called and the service came out here. Ramon was helpful.

I had a phone conversation with UNO and specifically asked if I was talking to a different company - a company I had used previously and the person said YES so I scheduled an appointment. They came and repaired a $150 refrigerator part and charged over $1,000.

Good but it took two trips. Not the techs fault. He did an excellent job once he got the part.

I called Ramon and he made the appointment for the next day. He came at the correct time, was very polite and was easy to work with. I had already pulled the stacked washer/dryer out of the laundry area so he could service it easier. He saw the problem and went out to his van to see what the issue was and came back in a few minutes and said the problem was the gas coil valve that sits on top of the gas valve. He told me that the parts cost $90 and the labor would be $175. I asked him if he charges the service call fee if he does the repairs and he told me no that the service call would be included in the price. Since I had no idea how much the parts were or how much time it would take to remove and replace the parts, I agreed to the charge. It took him about 30 mins to take the dryer apart, replace the gas valve/gas coils and put the dryer together. I asked him to stay until we verified the dryer worked properly and he agreed. Altogether it took 1 hr from arrival time to the time he left. After he left, I looked up the parts and saw they cost less than $30 and that replacing the parts only took about 30 mins. That includes pulling the dryer apart, replacing the parts and putting the dryer back together. I don't believe the 1 hr labor rate he quoted was the normal labor rate so I contacted Ramon and we agreed to pay a different amt.

Before repairing anything, he called me and gave me a thorough explanation of what was wrong and what it would cost to repair. He made sure I was OK with the cost. Everything went fine!

It went real well. They were there when they said they were going to. He knew what the issue was and told me exactly what it would cost. He had the part with him and was only there for about 40 min.
