Extremely rude and unprofessional. Frankie had the nerve to tell my 70yr old Father that he was "bothering him" after he took $80 from him the day prior, and told him the part to the refrigerator would come in the next day. Well, it was 2pm the next day and my Dad never heard from him, so my Dad text him twice asking if he was coming, no response. He then called him once, no response. Finally, at 5pm Frankie responded that my Dad was bothering him and to leave him alone. Zero class. Do NOT use!

This is the worst experience I ever had with an appliance company. He said I?m gonna order the part for you. It should be in Saturday and I?ll come out and repair it. I sat her all day waiting for him to let me know if he was coming, he responded quit bothering me. The part didn?t come in the most rudest person I ever met Frankie from Appliance Techs. he told me he had a lot of five star reviews. I went on his website and everybody had the same complaint as me either he didn?t respond to them or he did the work months later. Something messed up and he didn?t honor the warranty the best $80 I ever spent to yourself a favor. Don?t use this guy.

First time using Appliance Techs, Inc. It was a great experience. Frankie called before arrival, as he said he would, diagnosed the clothes dryer issue less than 5 minutes and replaced the part. He was terrificâ ¦ very knowledgeable, courteous and detailed oriented. Would recommend with 5 stars!

The Maytag dryer was not heating . Frankie from Appliance repair found the broken wire in the heating grid and replaced it. Courteous , efficient and on time.

He came within an hour and had the parts for our dryer in his truck. He got three other appliances going. I was very impresses.

Frankie came back today & tried to clear a blockage in our refrigerator's evaporator coil. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to do so but spent at least 2 hours of work trying. All he charged us was his $50 call fee. He also advised us that we should replace the fridge. We were very impressed with his honesty and would highly recommend him to anyone needing appliance repairs.

Outstanding and timely service. He was here within 45 minutes of his call. Fortunately for me, the problem turned out to be a partially disconnected thermostat wire. Frankie put a wire wrap on it & everything's working again. No charge! I would highly recommend him for any appliance repair!

Great job!! Our refrigerator had a problem at the beginning and we paid for that repair. After the work, the fridge wasnâ t working well so we called back and the tech was diligent to check and solve the problems w/o asking for more money.
