The siding looks great, though not the color I expected from a tiny swatch :-). Workmanship is excellent. The siding looks so different from my old siding - so much better. "I recently had Real Seal do some repairs to a dock wall and lift a sidewalk at my work. From the first moment I contacted Real Seal they are nothing but professional. My first point of contact was Diane Schnieder. This lady is the best. When she came out to look at the scope of work, she told me yes indeed we can fix this. Then I mentioned a more complex repair on the leaning loading dock wall. Diane looked it over and said we can fix it. They have already repaired the sidewalk, and they are coming back out to repair the leaning dock wall. This company is totally awesome."

"I hired Ultimate Remodelers because they had previously installed the front window of our townhouse. UR were quick to respond and their quote was very reasonable. They were also very patient when working with our HOA who were one day late in approving their proposal. UR courteously honored the original estimate. After instillation, the city inspector failed our inspection as "no one was home" despite me taking the day off to be there (and having heard no attempt to knock). Heather of UR contacted the city to allow me to submit photos of the installations that were then approved. The only problem we had was that the depth of one of our basement block windows wasn't fully accounted for, so it doesn't fully open which was disappointing. Mike, our salesman came to our house to talk over potential solutions and we ultimately decided to take a small but fair rebate. Overall, I would highly recommend Ultimate Remodelers if you're looking to get your windows replaced for a very fair price!"
