I was very impressed with Marcus Hull our service advisor and Sergei the installer. Marcus could not have been better and Sergei worked tirelessly by himself to compete the job in a day. The cost was more that another competitor but the materials were better and they tore down the old tiles in the bathroom to check for mold which the other competitor did not offer. We felt safer this way. Well done!

The project was done in a timely wonderful manner and I was very pleased with it. I would highly recommend this for anybody that wants remodeling of their bathroom or a new makeover.

When reviewing a companies overall performance, I typically wait a few weeks to test the product, workmanship, reliability etc. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have their bathroom remodeled. How refreshing to do business with a company that delivers on every promise made during the sales pitch. Great experience with all involved with the sales process and installation. Great company to do business with, all of my contact with them was carried out in a very professional manner. Alan had planned out the job to give us exactly the finished bathroom we wanted. He spent a lot time with us showing us all of our choices. The men who did the work were very skilled at their job, very pleasant, efficient and cleaned up nicely. I highly recommend this company and will likely use them next year to remodel our lower level bathroom.

From beginning till the end this team was friendly and knowledgeable with fantastic rates. Five Star Bath Solutions started with an easy to talk to Front Desk and had a Salesman with a video and a sample of the product for the shower i wished to replaced (I didn't need to listen to all the jibber jabber). The work crew were very tolerate of all the questions i had through out the process. The owner Allen Classen stopped by to make sure everything was going according to plan and made sure i had no concerns. The product that i was given was a higher quality shower walls and flooring compared to the over priced and sub-standard product from other companies. l will definitely hire them again. 5 stars all the way !!

Reasonable, prompt and very professional.

We chose this contractor to replace our old tub and ceramic tile surround based on the reviews done by previous customers. They lived up to those five star reviews. We encountered problems during the tear out and install and they were all resolved to our satisfaction. One of the best firms that has done business with me. they were able to begin work ahead of schedule and finished on time.

Great people and crew, did great work. When there was an unexpected issue with plumbing, they were able to quickly adapt and still keep the project on schedule. Cleaned up the area really well once they were done.

Allen and his guys were awesome! This was our first bathroom remodel and we needed a lot of help with how the process worked. Allen was very responsive to our questions and thorough with the details of our job. The people who came over to work on our bathroom were punctual, respectful of our personal space, professional, flexible with our needs, personable and did a PHENOMENAL job. And it was so fast! The whole job took 3 days. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have a job done quickly and well! Worth the money!

Allen and his team provide a smooth experience from start to finish. The initial consultation provided a catalog of options we could select and completed with answers to many questions we had about our selections, price, and process. There was no pressure to commit to any of these things unless we decided to go with it. The days where the tear down and installation occurred were as smooth as could be expected. His team arrived on-time and ready to go. Walking paths in the house where materials were moved were not only covered but thoroughly cleaned after leaving. End-of-day inspections allowed us to receive answers to questions and make sure that we were in agreement with each stage of the installation. The final review made sure that we had everything completed that we had discussed in the contract. We also walked through final documents that we would receive later including our warranty and information of how to maintain the shower installation. Most importantly, any time that we seemed to be concerned about something during any part of the process that would not meet our expectations, Allen worked hard to make it a five star experience all the way through.

Complete bathroom model was completed in just a few days. Work was done quickly and efficiently. Great communication with company. Highly recommend!

It was great working with the team! Bill, the salesperson, came out to our home to discuss their product. There was no high pressured sales pitch. He was very informative. Allen is the owner of this location. He came to discuss the project after we decided to go with Five Star. He answered every question to our satisfaction and kept us up to date when purchasing the items for the project. Kris was the leader of the team that did the work. They did an excellent job. Kris kept us informed of the progress and they completed the project on the expected completion date. We are happy that we went with Five Star Bath.

Allen and everyone connected to Five Star Bath Solutions of Oakbrook was amazing. They installed a beautiful, no seams tub surround and a Jacuzzi tub. The workmanship and quality are outstanding and my bathroom has never looked better. I wish every project was this easy! I very very highly recommend FIVE STAR OF OAKBROOK. It is nice to work with a place that actually cares about what the customer wants, from the beginning until the end. I first met Bill who came over to look at what I wanted to do. He clearly explained what is entailed in getting my bath/shower swapped out for a new one. He was even truthful enough to tell me that my bath/shower was still in good shape and that I really didn't need to replace it. This, to me, shows they actually care about the customer's needs more than the sale. The gentleman showed me samples, explained what they do and why they do it, and then, after I made my choices on what I wanted, he did a computer mock-up of what it would look like, just to make sure it was what I wanted. In all, he spent almost 2 hours. All the other places I dealt with spent, maybe 30 minutes tops. No explanation on what they would do, no mock-ups, and very little to no samples, outside of pictures in a book. For the actual remodeling, you couldn't ask for more respectful and nice people. Chris and Joe were courteous from the very beginning and did a great job in a commendable amount of time. Their clean-up afterward looked as if they were never there. Allen, the GM came out during the remodeling to make sure things were going smoothly. On the last day, when all was done, he talked with me to make sure I was 100% satisfied, which I was. I will definitely be using this company again for our shower remodeling project in the future.

We had Five Star Bath Solutions replace our soaking tub with a shower stall. We were excited to have a custom piece since we wanted to use the whole area where our tub had been and it was larger than the standard size showers sold in the big box stores. We were very impressed with everyone we dealt with and the service we received. Everyone of the people who came to our home was prompt, arriving exactly when expected. Our salesman, Bill, went through all our options with us. He did not try to upsell us and even pointed out some things we might not need. The installers, Kris and Joe, were friendly and professional. They took pains to keep our home clean while they were working. The owner, Allen, was available and attentive to our job through the whole process. We were told the job would take two days and it took about a day and a half. We would highly recommend Five Star Bath if you are looking to update your tub or shower!

This was an excellent contractor and all the work they did far exceeded my expectation and everything was completed in a short amount of time and I would recommend this contractor for anyone needing a bath refitting.
