Mike did an amazing job! He was prompt and showed up when he said he would. We had some issues come up on our end and Mike was able to work with us. The finished results were great! Very high quality work.

The job was done to its perfection. My cherry wood flooring is more difficult than normal to refinish but Mike and his buddy made it look brand new and the whole project was communicated clearly and Mike also provide followup calls to make sure things are good after the project is done. Definitely recommend for any kind of flooring projects!

Arkadia did a wonderful job laying new flooring throughout our 1st floor and stairs. It was not an easy job by far, but Mike did it with patience, and it came out perfect. I highly recommend. Mike was extremely flexible with our schedule as well. I’d give more stars if I could!

Very happy with the new floor! Mike came out the next day and even went with me to Floor & Decor to help pick out the new flooring! He got the job done in 2 days and made sure that everything was good before he left. He even installed some round moldings at the bottom of the baseboards that he had on hand to polish off the new floor! Excellent work, would definitely hire again!

Mike was very punctual with my short notice of flooring installation. He called immediately and offered me a price that could not be beat by other companies. The couple days leading up to the job, Mike was prompt in his responses to me about the job with any questions and concerns I had. Once at my house, Mike discussed the project in great detail and began his installation immediately. He was very flexible with the timing and stayed until the job was done to complete satisfaction. Mike left nothing behind, cleaned up well after him, and even offered to fix some flooring that was not part of the original plan of installation. I highly recommend him. He is an expert and very kind, trusting, hardworking person.

Mike was great to work with and did a beautiful job! From start to finish he was a great resource, answering questions and going the extra mile. He called right away when I requested a quote, and came to look at our project the very next morning. He provided a reasonable quote that fit our budget and started our project the next week. Mike removed our carpet and installed our LVT throughout the entire house. We also had him do our baseboards which he picked up for us, removed old baseboards, and installed the new ones. We are so happy with how our project turned out!

Mircea (the owner, who also personally oversaw and completed the job) and his team did a remarkable job sanding down and refinishing our first-floor wood flooring, as well as administering repair on some unsightly holes in several areas of the floor, in the process transforming a worn and aged surface into one that is fresh and vibrant. The quote was in line with what I was willing to pay, Mircea was genial and pleasant to speak with and work with throughout the process, and the work was done within the estimated time frame without any overages in days or funds spent. They are a local, tight-knit outfit, and I would readily use them again.

Good communication, great job on refinishing and installation of a floating engineered hardwood. Fair estimate and additional costs that came up during the job were reasonable. Would recommend.
