They also had to apply latex to part of the backing to assure it would be strong enough to stretch in one section. "They are a professional honest and very hard working. They cleans my stair runners that were ruined from a a previous carpet cleaner. They weee burnt. W yellow green color. But Ryan was able to fix and now they have the soft gray color they were before. I had 2 different companies try to fix stair runners, but just made it worse. They cleaned and scotch guard my t1st floor tile floors. I forgot how pretty they are and the grout is beautiful. Same with my master bath marble. The rugs look brand new and they are just a tad wet. . I will never use anyone else again. Also the price for the work they do is amazing."

"I had to call them to come back as they had left a big stain by moving couch and cleaning under it, but then did not put any guards under the couch. That meant the wood of the couch foundation was left directly on the wet carpet which left a large stain. I had to call them back 3 times before the stain was completely removed and guards were put underneath couch wile every thing dried."
