"Kristina Kastl of KKastl interiors was terrific from beginning to end. We were living across country while the project was being done, and she supervised every detail and kept us informed all along the way. It was a very large project—updating and completely remodeling a 40-year/old"

"Jeremy was excellent throughout the entire process, from our initial design meeting through completion of the job. After our basement remodel was finished, I hired Jeremy again to build a deck for our home. Again, excellent job and done in a quick and timely manner. I d hire Jeremy for any home improvement projects, excellent work."

"I highly recommend Kitchen Bath & Beyond. Every step of the process went smoothly from planning the layout, ordering cabinets, hardware, counters, backsplash ,communication, to updating electrical and plumbing, painting,, and installation. Mario's crew are expert professionals who attend to all the details. They completed all work beautifully and on time."

"Lori has been a godsend. I’d been putting off a much-needed redesign of my large apartment living room / office space for years. I’d bought a couple of good quality, neutral items (eg, a white sectional sofa), but most of the rest of the room was a hodgepodge of found items with blank walls. I’d seen things I liked but never purchased them because I wasn’t sure about what I really wanted, and I feared I might be buying the wrong thing. Lori came in and showed me an overall vision for giving more elegance and purpose to the space, with new furniture pieces, accessories, and a gorgeous, cohesive color scheme. Now it’s neutral-beautiful and everyone who visits comments on the stunning transformation!"

"Forouzan has gone above and beyond expectations, working with our ideas and goals under the somewhat challenging conditions of Spring 2022, helping us make time-sensitive decisions on materials so we could move forward with multiple, interdependent renovation projects: The kitchen, downstairs powder room and laundry room have pulled together very nicely with the materials and colors she helped us select. We have a direction for an overall color scheme, window treatments, fixtures... And I am especially looking forward to setting up a delightful piano room. Here's the background: My partner and I bought a house that was not move-in ready, but had great potential. Tackling both the structural and decorative goals of an empty house at once felt overwhelming from the start. Shortly after the old flooring was removed, I knew we needed additional design help. We also needed to combine furnishings from two separate households. Much of this was in storage while we stayed in a smaller Chicago condo during the house renovations. With Forouzan's initial consultation, she helped us visualize the broad strokes of a "future state" and find a direction towards a cohesive look and feel. In all of our follow up conversations, she has answered questions to design dilemmas we encountered along the way, and provided much needed advice and recommendations for materials, fixtures, and potential colors that would work with both existing furnishings and new. This allowed us to ultimately select materials we love, including: countertops, kitchen cabinet finish and hardware; lighting, bathroom floor tile and accessories, and laundry room floor tile. The "before" and "after" photos will be quite fun!"

"Roman is very detailed and knowledgeable. I've never had a contractor who tried that hard to understand the job even before coming for a quote. Very easy to get a hold of as well which is rare for contractors from this site. Would highly recommend."

"We have done several projects with Melanie, she has a very good eye for the design. I love my new bathroom! I would hire her for future projects."

"What I liked about Seda and Decorating Den was that she incorporated my ideas in her design. If furnishing rooms is too much, but you have specific ideas for some part of the design Seda and the Decorating Den will work with you. I also love that Seda presented multiple options for all the rooms she designed. Seda was amazing to work with because she loves what she's doing, but she really wanted to make me happy."

"I had engaged Mila Boyer Interiors to refresh my laundry room. She took my requirements and expanded upon them to give me the laundry room of my dreams. Making the small room light, bright and spacious. I have so much storage space now and yet the room airy. Iâ m so pleased with the outcome that Iâ m engaging Mila for another project in my home and canâ t wait to see her what she does applying her magic touch."
