He kept his work area clean and did a meticulous job, all at what I thought was a reasonable price. He was also happy to give me advice for the long-term maintenance of the marble tile. The only reason for the ding on Johns report card is that there is a light tile with a very dark black mark that almost looks like a bug (sorry to say) which John installed in a very prominent spot. Unfortunately, everyone who visits my home notices this immediately. Since there was so much surplus material available, I really wish that John had substituted a cleaner tile in place of the one that he used."
