"The technician came out yesterday, June 5th and did a diagnosis on my air conditioner as there was a significant cooling disparity between the upstairs and downstairs of our two story townhome. "Jim, Roger, and Joe designed and installed a new furnace and duct work system for our 100 year old home. The ductwork that was in place was from the old coal furnace which had the supplies on the interior and returns on the exterior walls. Jim and Roger needed to redesign the entire system to make it function properly. AWE (Air, Water, Energy) did a great job. The installers arrived on schedule and worked all day to removed the old equipment and installed the new equipment.  When they were finished, everything looked great and the work area was completely cleaned up.  The air conditioner has worked great all summer and kept our house at a comfortable temperature.  I am looking forward to a similar experience with the new furnace, also.  After the system was installed, AWE sent an inspector to our house to make sure the job was completed satisfactorily (which it was) and take pictures of the equipment to make sure it was installed correctly (which it was).

FYI, we have been a customer of AWE for over twenty years because of the great service they have always provided.  This was the 2nd furnace and air conditioner we have purchased from them.  They also installed our current water heater.  The technicians are always very knowledgeable and friendly.  They always arrive when they say they will arrive, and do what they promise.  The services provided have always met or exceeding our expectations.  I would recommend AWE to everyone.
