I have used them to repair a leaky duct and they were prompt about completing the work, which is great because I needed to schedule drywall work once they were finished. I recently had my AC go out on a really hot 95º day, and they were admittedly busy, but a tech came to my house and stayed until 9-9:30pm to making sure our air conditioner was working. He also recognized a leak and they quickly processed our warranty claim that was set to expire in the next two weeks. Problem totally fixed in less than a week. Good contractors are hard to come by - I couldn't ask for anything more."

"The technician came out yesterday, June 5th and did a diagnosis on my air conditioner as there was a significant cooling disparity between the upstairs and downstairs of our two story townhome. I was expecting to possibly replace the A/C as it is getting older. However, the technician stated the AC is in good working condition and that there was a slight leakage factoring into the cooling discrepancy. That was a much less expensive repair or fix vs. replacing the whole equipment. I appreciated his honesty, time spent communicating the issue with me and professionalism. I would definitely use All Temp Heating and Air Conditioning again and recommend them to anyone dealing with air conditioning issues."

Not only did Jim at Vent give me the most competitive bid, he was hands down the most responsive to questions and phone calls, gave the most thorough inspection, and ended almost every conversation with a very sincere, "let me know if there's anything more I can do to win your business." On install day, his guys were early and ready to work. Jim showed up shortly after to supervise. My wife was there that day and he explained everything they were doing and why. He had budgeted 2-4 hours to do the job, but the previous install had been done so poorly that there was a lot of stuff they needed to fix so the new air conditioner was installed to their satisfaction, so they were there for more than 6 hours and didn't ask for a dime more than their quote. I couldn't recommend these guys more highly."

Josh, the service tech was just a delight and the best part was that this company has a membership contract that I was able to purchase. It is a small monthly charge monthly and . I get 2 free tune-ups a year included in the monthly fee for NO charge and if I need any service work I get 20% off of the charge and same day service...all for only $12.95 a month. What a wonderful idea and I cannot express how happy I am with this choice. It is a win-win deal for me and the company. I am a very happy camper with my choice of this company."
