Dane Heating & Air Conditioning

I had recently built a three season room that was mostly unbearably hot or cold; it’s my office abs I needed to find a way to heat and cool the space. Numerous companies said they didn’t do such work or made it strangely complicated to prep my space so they could install heat/AC. And then I met Dane — he knew exactly what my space needed and got the job done quickly and I’m finally able to work without dealing with space heaters or fans. Dane and his crew were so professional and they installed the mini split in less than half a day. I am so thrilled I came across a quality professional to meet this essential need. Very highly recommend!

Dane came within a week and just replaced an inexpensive part in the unit. Another, bigger company tried to push for me to get a whole new one. It's nice to know honest HVAC guys like Dane are still around that we can trust won't try to rip us off.

They were very honest and only charged me for my thermostat, nothing was wrong with my furnace. They showed up on time were very friendly and informative on how to operate the thermostat. I had called them before in June, 2014 and thought I needed a new air conditioner but they checked it any said everything was fine changed a few things and the air conditioner worked very well.
I would recommend them to anyone, they are very friendly and always on time. I will use them in the future and will recommend them to friends.

They are awesome. They go above and beyond. They did a fantastic job. All the guys that came out were absolutely fantastic. They were patient and cleaned up after themselves. The price was comparable and very reasonable. They knew what they were talking about, thorough, forthright, honest, and educated us. I wish I had more work for them because they were just fun to have around.

They got here on time, and were very clean and efficient. They put down mats so as not to mess up the floors coming in and out, and had the old equipment hauled away before the day was done. Dane was managing 2 jobs that day, and that didn't seem to effect their efficiency, as all the work was done in one day (which came as a surprise to me).

We didn't have a very good experience with them. The crew was messy. I felt that they were very crude and unprofessional with their language. They seemed more concerned about getting their money than anything else. They ended up making marks on our ceiling when they installed the system.

Dane was able to accommodate a multiple number of challenges: location of condenser unit, old duct work, and thermostat location. The install team was prompt, quick and took 1.5 days. They were careful to not bang or ding walls or making any unnecessary holes to run ductwork. Team also did a good job of locating thermostats in the desired location and installing new floor registers where needed. They did a good job of cleaning up, but not excellent. Overall, extremely happy.
