"We had a floor leveling issue in which a room was part tile over cement and part carpet over hardwood, with the tiled part being higher than the carpeted part. We wanted to remove the tile, level the entire floor, and have hard wood flooring throughout the room. This was a challenge for the other contractors and flooring people who came out to give estimates. However, Mike of Mike’s flooring came out and immediately knew how to implement a plan of action. Mike’s team responded quickly and finished the job in a timely manner. They were pleasant and respectful, took care to limit the dust, and cleaned up after themselves. Mike also gave us great remodeling advice and provided us with great referrals for other trade experts. Most importantly, Mike charged a fair price, and he and his team did a WONDERFUL job. The new hard wood flooring looks GORGEOUS! Mike is a true expert in flooring, and I highly recommend him and his team."

"I need it by wood floors refinished before moving into my new condominium. I contacted Ishmael and told him of my timeframe constraints I was under, and he was able to redo my floors in three days. He met with me the day off to review the needs of my floors, came the next day sanded, and stained them, and was able to seal them the next day. They look brand new. Such a positive experience. I highly recommend recommend Ishmael and his team of sons to redo your floors."

"They did an excellent job. Daniel showed us some samples of water based floor finishing as opposed to oil based. He described the process and suggested how long it would take and the precautions to give the best end results. The men who sanded, vaeuumed, and applied the finish were professional and did great work each day. The removal and replacement of furniture went very well too. Nothing was broken or scratched. I liked that Daniel phoned today and checked that we had placed pads on chair legs/feet so we wouldn’t scratch the floors like before. I love our floors. They feel brand new!"

"Rustic flooring took the hardwood floor at my parents house from stained, dirty and in very rough shape to looking like a brand new floor. The price was extremely inexpensive for the work they did, from the estimate to completion the timing was super fast. We appreciate the wonderful job they did to help us prepare to put the house up for sale. Thank you so much Marcel and your Rustic Flooring team! I've tried to upload before and after photos but the files are too large to upload."

"Incredible job! Jerry and his team turned my entire first floor of old, light colored maple into something out of a magazine! They meticulously worked to strip, sand, level, and fill the entire floor to perfection. Preparation is the entire key to the job. Then, they darkened the wood to our perfect color and put on several coats of top quality sealer. The floors look absolutely amazing! One of the most notable things is that there is literally zero dust. Jerry uses top of the light HEPA filter sanding equipment. It captures literally all of the dust. Even with this equipment, I expected to find some dust, but there was none. Not on the windowsills, none anywhere. Finally, here’s what really matters. Jerry is a perfectionist. His standards for the work are far above most homeowners. He sees the smallest of flaws and makes sure his work is literally perfect. I’m a pretty tough person to please, and I can’t say enough about how good of a job they did. The hardwood floors are seen by everybody that walks into my house, so I wanted the very best, and I got it with Jerry’s!"

"EXCELLENT! After sanding through layers of old paint we discovered the floor was maple and not oak. Andrei did a beautiful job restoring the maple and used a clear finish to let the beauty of the wood show through. He also sanded the scratches and old finish from the maple butcher block counter in the kitchen and finished with a clear finish and the counter is marvelous. Highly recommended. Will definitely call on him again when we refinish the kitchen flooring next spring."

"The work crew were arrived on time and were polite. Demolition of the old floor was executed quietly and neatly. The new vinyl flooring covered an area that was almost 2,000 square feet. This was installed in two days. The staircase was sanded and restained to match the new floor. The result is a perfect match. This investment increases the value of my home and will look beautiful for many years."

"CALS flooring was very considerate considerate about everything they did and took their time and did it a perfect job. They cleaned up every day they put the trash in a bag they swept and they kept us in touch how how they were doing and in proceeding with the job on the floor I would recommend them to anybody very nice people very good workmanship and on time."

"I cannot say enough great things about Chris and the A Step Ahead Flooring team! From start to finish, the communication was outstanding. Chris kept me updated every step of the way and made the entire process seamless. Not only did they finish the project a full day ahead of schedule, but they went above and beyond to deliver exceptional service. The floors look absolutely stunning—better than I could have imagined. It’s clear that Chris and his team take immense pride in their work, and it shows in the incredible results. One detail that really stood out was how thoughtful Chris was when it snowed during the project, he shoveled some of my driveway! This level of care and consideration is rare to find.
