"Steve's crew was outstanding. Very professional and skilled and it showed in their work. We had a few issues with grids being on windows they shouldn't have been and some confusion around where tempered glass was needed or not however Steve addressed all of it to our satisfaction. I would recommend Premier to anyone looking for replacement windows."

"We love working with Chicago window guys- the owner is very easy to talk to and straight forward. The price that is presented is a fair price and it is the price from the start, there is none of the sales tactics, like the “sales” or “discounts” that other companies try to sell you on. The wait time for window production is reasonable and the installation is efficient. The first time we had windows replaced there was a miscommunication but the installers fixed it on the spot, no problems. The owner also allows you to buy and replace windows at your own pace, which is very accommodating since windows are expensive. Plus the windows look great! We will continue to use them in the future!"
