Service went well. In fact the doors were installed a couple of months ahead of schedule, Terry informed me that another install had cancelled and if he could move me up the list. I said sure within a couple of hours Kevin's crew were removing the old storm doors and prepping for the new needless to say the wife is happy and the 2 new doors add to the curb appeal!

I needed to replace my entry door, storm door and a garage window. I couldn't be more pleased with their service...from my initial meeting with Kevin to the installation done by Dave, Bryan and David. They were professional, efficient, very competent/knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Window & Door Superstore to anyone. In fact, I'll be needing more work done next year and guess who I'm going to call. They're the best! If I could give them more than five stars, I would.

The job went perfect from start to finish. They went out of their way to help us feel confident in the choices we were making and the installers were extremely professional from beginning to end including clean up. We couldn’t have asked for better and couldn’t be happier. Everything matched perfectly. The work was completed quickly and precisely. it was a crew of 3 men and they each wore a mask which we appreciated because we are seniors and we are both compromised. They were very professional and explained what they were going to do and how they were going to do it and made sure we understood everything. They protected the work area inside our home with drop cloths and did an excellent job of cleaning up when they were done.

Everything went very professional, from sales to installation. The sales department matched the inside stain and outside paint perfectly and were very consumer friendly. Installers were meticulous with every aspect of the removal and installation.

Let me start by saying we called 2 other companies that had to come to my home and give me a 2 hour sales pitch before we could get them to leave. The installers showed up right on time. They introduced themselves and got to work. From start to finish, it took 2 hours, which exceeded my expectations. The installation went very well and they took the old door with them. Would definitely use them again.

They are excellent. We recently had a window that became cracked so we called them. They called ahead and let me know they were on their way. The were out with a crew within two weeks and had it fixed under the warranty. It was a customizable pane and the customer service was really on point. I would highly recommend them.

I used this company ~15 years ago for entry door and based on quality and professionalism I returned. Again top notch results. Doors of good quality in perfect condition. For the fire door install, Steve matched the wood trim around the door frame to the rest of the room, found door handles to match and coordinated my locks. Installers were professional and neat.
